Bonanza Satrangi is inviting applications for the position of HR Intern at its Head Office in Karachi. The selected candidate will assist with a wide range of HR activities and provide support to different teams as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support hiring and onboarding processes
• Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining records
• Help with HR documentation and employee data
• Provide coordination and administrative support to various teams
• Assist in general HR tasks and initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic HR knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Stipend: PKR 20,000
• Conveyance facility for female employees only
• Internship certificate upon successful completion
• Learning exposure across HR functions
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
