Position: HR Generalist
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM or relevant field
Experience: 3 - 4 years
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
#Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end to end recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with selection decisions.
2. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
3. Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and initiatives that support business goals and enhance effectiveness.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
5. Administer and maintain the company's performance management framework, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback collection processes.
6. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training & development programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR Information Systems (HRIS) data.
