Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and hiring top technical talent. 

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding

- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit

- Negotiating job offers and salaries with candidates

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment metrics and reports

- Collaborating with the Seniors to develop and implement HR initiatives

- Providing support to hiring managers and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment

- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Strong organizational and time management skills
