Job Opportunity - ISLAMABAD BASED
Title: HR Executive (L&D)
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Timing: 1:00pm to 9:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Full time (On-site) role
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive - Learning & Development (L&D) to support employee learning initiatives and professional development programs. The ideal candidate will lead, coordinate training activities, maintain learning records, and help create a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
· Identify employee learning and development needs.
· Maintain training calendars and learning records.
· Track training effectiveness and employee participation.
· Support onboarding, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers/vendors when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
-1–3 years of experience in HR/L&D preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of modern learning methods and HR practices.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal abilities.
