HR Executive and HRBP – Human Recourse
Company: Artistic Apparels Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Plot # 19/1, Sector 17, Bilal Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with those goals
· Support talent acquisition and ensure the right talent is hired for the right roles
· Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures professionally
· Drive performance management, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
· Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs
· Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects
· Monitor and analyze HR metrics
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
· Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (3–5 years) as an HRBP or similar HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
