We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Lahore
Optix Pakistan Private Limited, a growing name in the Telecommunication Industry, is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team.
Location: Lahore – Kot Lakhpat Industrial Estate
Position: HR Executive (Female Only)
Total Position: 1
Qualification: Graduation (HRM / Business Administration preferred)
Experience: 0-6 Months
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies and company procedures
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
-Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives
-Assist in employee banking & group health insurance and employee engagement activities
-Coordinate trainings, orientations, and HR-related events
-Support management in HR reporting and data analysis
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
