BugFree Solutions is hiring for HR Executive (Onsite)
📍 Location: Lahore | 🕒 Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT
🔹 Responsibilities
1) Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
2) Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee documentation
3) Assist with HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance
4) Handle employee relations, onboarding & engagement activities
5) Coordinate directly with US/UK teams and prepare HR reports
6) Support daily administrative and office operations
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
1–3 years HR or recruitment experience (IT recruitment a plus)
Strong communication skills (English – written & spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools
Must be able to work onsite during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT)
