Location: Rawalpindi
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Time : Night Shift (USA time zone ) 6pm - 3am
Salary: As per industry standards

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and HRIS records
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate with billing and operations teams for HR-related processes
Resolve employee queries promptly
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience specifically in the billing industry
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
