We are looking for HR Business Partner (Digital Transformation & Marketing)
Position: HR Business Partner – Digital Transformation & Marketing
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR or Business
Location: Landhi, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with Marketing & Digital teams to support workforce planning and employee engagement.
-Provide HR support for transformation projects, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
-Strengthen employer branding, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
-Drive digital HR practices and HR analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements:
-3–6 years’ experience as HRBP or HR Generalist (preferably in textiles, FMCG, or related industries).
-Strong stakeholder management and HR analytics capabilities.
-Knowledge and passion for digital transformation in HR.
-Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive people strategies.
