Centegy Technologies is seeking an HR Associate to join our team:

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen calls to candidates and schedule interviews.
Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Maintain and manage all the relevant documents.
Manage employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance.ย
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Maintain the company employee portal.
Assist and organize training & development programs
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Between 1-2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role within the IT Industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
