Position Overview:

Abidi Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Help Desk Specialist with strong English communication abilities. The ideal candidate must be confident in speaking with customers on calls, resolving daily IT-related issues, and managing multiple support tickets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to users via calls, emails, and ticketing systems

- Handle and resolve daily support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions

- Assist users facing login issues in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related services

- Troubleshoot authentication, access, and configuration issues for Microsoft 365 applications

- Maintain strong knowledge of IT policies, security protocols, and standard procedures

- Manage multiple tickets during the shift with proper prioritization

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, ensuring high-quality support

- Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the ticketing system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience

- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional accent (mandatory)

- Ability to speak confidently with customers and guide them through issue resolution

- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and user account management

- Knowledge of company IT policies and standard troubleshooting procedures

- Ability to handle multiple tickets daily while maintaining high quality of service

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night hours
