ATCO is hiring the Head of Procurement & Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect procurement.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and vendor performance management.
• Ensure timely material availability aligned with production plans.
• Drive cost optimization and procurement efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee MRP, inventory planning, and raw material warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement controls, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Operations, QA, and Finance teams.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12–15 years of procurement and supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in procurement and sourcing.
Requirements:
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, MRP, inventory management, and warehousing.
• Proven track record in cost savings, contract negotiations, and procurement governance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent).
Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food, or Chemical industry experience preferred.
