Head of Operations – Subway Pakistan

Blue Sub (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Head of Operations (Subway Pakistan) to lead nationwide QSR operations across multiple outlets. The role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction while managing large cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include implementing SOPs, HACCP, and HSE standards, optimizing costs, and ensuring supply chain efficiency. With full P&L ownership, the position also drives expansion projects, new store openings, and performance improvement initiatives. The Head of Operations will work closely with leadership and franchisors to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen Subway’s nationwide footprint.🔑

Key Responsibilities:

◾ Lead nationwide QSR operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and consistent service quality.
◾ Implement and monitor SOPs, HACCP, HSE, audits, and compliance programs.
◾ Build and mentor high-performing teams; oversee training, performance management, and succession planning.
◾ Manage demand forecasting, COGS, shrink/waste, and inventory accuracy.
◾ Coordinate with Marketing & Supply Chain for smooth product launches.
◾ Drive expansion projects including new store openings, remodels, and equipment uptime.
◾ Report directly to CEO/Board and collaborate with franchisors on growth strategies.

🎓 Education & Experience:

◾ Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MSc; Business, Management, or Engineering background a plus).
◾ 8+ years of leadership experience in QSR/Retail (multi-outlet, multi-city preferred).
◾ Strong leadership, people operations mindset, and succession planning capability.
◾Expertise in P&L management, cost optimization, supply chain, and compliance.
◾ Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
◾Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
◾Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
