Xpert Digital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Operations to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who can drive efficiency, support leadership, and build a high-performing workforce.
๐น๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
ย โข Oversee complete HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle)
ย โข Lead training & development initiatives and employee engagement programs
ย โข Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
ย โข Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits with finance
ย โข Establish, monitor, and improve HR SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for all processes
ย โข Develop SOPs and improve HR processes
๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
ย โข 6+ years of HR Operations experience (3-4 years in leadership role)
ย โข Strong expertise in employee lifecycle & HR processes
ย โข Background in training & development programs
ย โข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
