Wilson’s Pharma Group is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Distribution to lead our nationwide distribution network and drive operational excellence across Pakistan.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and execute nationwide distribution strategy
✔ Manage and optimize distributor networks
✔ Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth & launches
✔ Drive efficiency in order processing, claims, and funds management
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 10–15 years of pharma distribution experience
🔹 5+ years in a leadership role
🔹 Strong understanding of Pakistan’s pharma trade
🔹 Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
