Experience Required: 5-7 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the overarching vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for a cluster of products to drive significant business growth.
• Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) or key business metrics for the product portfolio, setting ambitious growth targets and being accountable for results.
• Continuously analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategy accordingly.
• Empower the team by removing obstacles and ensuring they have the resources and autonomy needed to succeed.
• Govern the experimentation roadmap for the product cluster, ensuring A/B tests and experiments align with growth objectives.
• Champion rapid, data-informed iteration, pushing strong hypotheses, high-impact tests, and shared learnings.
• Clearly articulate portfolio strategy, performance, and roadmap to executive stakeholders in clear business value terms.
• Focus on digital channels and take full accountability on revenue performance and growth outcomes.
