AppWorks (Private) Limited is looking for a highly experienced Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, monetization, and app growth initiatives across multiple mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute scalable growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize large-scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing channels.
• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives, including keyword strategy, conversion rate optimization, creative testing, and app store visibility growth.
• Analyze marketing and product performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve ROI, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget user acquisition campaigns with substantial monthly ad spend.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), attribution platforms, and mobile app growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of app store algorithms, keyword research, conversion optimization, and growth analytics.
