We are seeking a highly creative and technically strong Graphic Designer with expertise in packaging design, 3D visualization, and print production. This role is ideal for someone who can transform product positioning into premium visual storytelling while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Concept Development

Lead ideation and execution of premium packaging concepts and brand visuals

Translate product positioning into compelling visual storytelling

Develop innovative, trend-aligned design solutions

3D Modeling & Visualization

Create high-quality 3D renders and packaging mockups

Develop realistic simulations for approvals and presentations

Collaborate with product teams to visualize new concepts

Packaging Design & Compliance

Design and finalize print-ready artwork for Offset, Gravure, and Flexo

Ensure compliance with regulatory and pharma industry standards

Develop and manage dielines, layouts, and technical specifications

Print Production & Color Management

Prepare accurate pre-press files (color separations, proofing)

Coordinate with printers/vendors for color accuracy and quality

Conduct press checks and approve final outputs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing, QA, Regulatory, and Production teams

Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines

Support procurement and vendor selection

🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Graphic Design or Visual Communication

4–7 years of experience (packaging-focused preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, print, and 3D work

🛠 Technical Expertise:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or equivalent)

✨Strong understanding of:

Offset printing processes

CMYK, Pantone & color theory

Pre-press, trapping & finishing techniques
