Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced G-Tech Data Entry Executive at warehouse, Korangi, Karachi to ensure accurate and timely data entry in the G-Tech system and maintain proper records through effective tracking and Excel-based follow-ups to support smooth warehouse operations.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Intermediate / Bachelorโs degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- 2โ3 years of experience in G-Tech in a relevant industry
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry in the G-Tech (ERP) system for all warehouse transactions
- Maintain and update records of stock movement, receipts, GP and dispatches
- Ensure proper tracking and follow-up of pending entries using MS Excel
- Verify data accuracy and highlight discrepancies to the concerned team
- Generate and maintain reports related to stock and operational activities
- Coordinate with warehouse, production and inventory teams for data validation and updates
- Ensure all entries are completed within defined timelines
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Support audits by providing accurate data and reports
- Strong control on email follow up
