Xpert Digital is seeking 2 experienced Full Stack Tech Leads with 7+ years of experience, combining strong hands-on development expertise with proven technical leadership in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade and complex applications, to join its engineering team and lead end-to-end solution delivery.

โช๏ธ Frontend: JavaScript, React.js
โช๏ธ Backend: Java / Spring Boot
๐ฆ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
โช๏ธ Fintech or Banking domain experience (highly preferred)

๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ:
โช๏ธ Strong full stack development experience (7+ years)
โช๏ธ Proven team leadership experience (leading developers, managing delivery, mentoring engineers)
โช๏ธ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
โช๏ธ Ability to design and drive scalable architecture decisions
โช๏ธ Experience in delivering secure, high-performance systems
โช๏ธ Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
