Hiring a Full Stack Developer skilled in MERN and Nest.js to build and maintain scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
#Responsibilities:
Design and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems.
Lead end-to-end feature development with clean architecture and quality code.
Work with PMs, designers, and teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
Analyze performance, fix bottlenecks, and optimize frontend/backend.
Uphold best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
Architect microservices, APIs, and integrations using modern frameworks.
#Requirements:
5 years’ experience as a MERN/Full Stack JavaScript Developer.
Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, React.js, Redux API, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Auth, Redis caching, websockets.
Understanding of Docker, CI/CD, Git workflows, and basic cloud deployment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
