We’re Hiring – Front Desk Officer
We are looking for a Front Desk Officer (Female preferred) with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting visitors, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls and emails
Maintain front desk records and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for daily support
Manage courier, mail, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Graduate degree preferred
1–2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
Professional appearance and customer service mindset
