Foreman – Knitting

📢 We’re Hiring!

We are looking for a skilled and technically sound professional to join our Knitting team as *Foreman – Knitting*. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in knitting machinery, structures, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

*Qualifications and Experience:*

- DAE / B. Tech in Textile Technology or relevant discipline

- 06 – 08 years of hands-on experience in knitting operations within the textile industry

- Strong knowledge of single jersey, double jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, and other knitted fabric structures

- Practical expertise in machine setting, conversion, maintenance supervision, and troubleshooting of knitting machines

- Solid understanding of knitting machine mechanics, preventive maintenance, and quality control parameters

- Certifications or trainings related to knitting technology or machine maintenance will be preferred

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Ensure accurate machine conversion as per required knitting structures, with strong knowledge of single-knit and double-knit structures.

- Supervise the overhauling of knitting machines in line with approved SOPs.

- Monitor and control daily breakage of needles and sinkers.

- Perform troubleshooting on knitting machines and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.

- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and oiling of knitting machines as per defined standard hours and SOPs.

- Identify top faults in single-knit and double-knit machines and apply appropriate maintenance-related remedies.
