The Indus Hospital is hiring a Finance Officer for our Karachi Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Process and execute vendor and internal payments (bank transfers, cheques, online payments).
•Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
•Verify payment details and supporting documents before execution.
•Maintain proper records of all payments and transactions.
•Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries.
•Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in payment processing.
•Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of withholding taxes as per Federal Board of Revenue and applicable provincial regulations (e.g., SRB, PRA).
•Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Qualification & Experience
•M.Com / MBA
•2 to 3 years of experience.
