Finance Intern

Looking for a Finance Intern on immediate basis at Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Islamabad office. Details are as follows;

Position Title: Finance Intern

 Department: Finance

 Duration: 3 Months to 6 Months

Job Purpose:

To provide temporary support to the Finance Department in pre-audit activities, documentation management, and administrative finance tasks to ensure readiness for the annual audit scheduled at the end of June.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing financial records and supporting documents for annual audit preparation. 

Sort, file, scan, print, and archive finance-related documents systematically. 

Support the team in maintaining accurate and updated records. 

Assist in reviewing files to ensure completeness and proper documentation. 

Help manage the increased volume of daily financial transactions and related paperwork. 

Perform data entry and basic record updates in Microsoft Excel and other systems. 

Assist with reconciliation support and other routine finance administrative tasks. 

Ensure proper document storage and retrieval for audit requirements. 

Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Finance Supervisor/Manager. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

Good filing, documentation, and organizational skills. 

Basic understanding of accounting principles/standards preferred. 

Attention to detail and accuracy. 

Good communication and time management skills. 

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Fresh graduate or student pursuing Finance, Accounting, or Commerce degree. 

Part qualified professional degree Acca/Ca/Icma

Willingness to learn and support the finance team during peak workload period.
