Finance Executive

Nanosoft Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is looking for 'Finance Executive' for its Karachi office. 

Experience: 1-2 years

Education: BBA/MBA in finance.

Requirements:

-Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. 

-Understanding of Financial Reporting and Analysis, Month-End and Audit Support.

Responsibilites:

-Maintain and accurately update sales transactions in the appropriate ledgers. 

-Manage the General Ledger (GL) and monitor the Accounts Receivable (AR) aging to ensure timely collection. 

-Process and manage invoices from various platforms (e.g., Invoicely, USA, UK, UAE). 

-Perform comprehensive reconciliation of invoices against bank statements. 

-Execute detailed bank reconciliations, including verification against sales and purchase records. 

-Maintain accurate records of all regional expenses 

-Assist in the monthly preparation of Financial Statements for assigned entities.

-Prepare and analyze consolidated and departmental Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. 

-Conduct assessment of project costing and profitability analysis 

-Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing process. 

-Assist in the audit finalization process and coordinate necessary information with external auditors. 

-Keep accurate records of VAT on sales from various payment sources (e.g., Stripe, Bank accounts). 

-File quarterly VAT returns. 

-Initiate project-related communications by circulating new project start-up emails. 

-Process and manage upgrade-related emails. 

-Collaborate with HR and Admin departments to gather relevant data and ensure data accuracy for financial reporting. 

-Procure necessary departmental tools as required. 

-Calculate and manage monthly commissions. 

-Update transaction records on accounting software WAVE.
