🌟 We’re Hiring — Finance Controller
We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Controller to lead our financial governance, controls, reporting, and business insights. The role reports directly to the CFO and oversees key finance functions including Budgeting & Accounts, AR/AP, and Internal Controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
• Manage ERP (SAP S/4HANA) finance modules & financial master data
• Drive automation, dashboards, and reporting improvements
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
• Lead treasury, budgeting, variance analysis & forecasting
• Manage audits and build strong relationships with auditors
• Lead & develop the finance team
Requirements:
• CA Inter / CAF / ACCA with completed articles from a Big 4 firm.
• 6–10 years of total experience, including minimum 3 years in a senior
finance/controllership role
• Strong command of IFRS, audits, financial controls, and closing cycles
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or large diversified
organizations preferred
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Excel, Power BI, financial modeling, and data
analytics
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering under pressure
