Job Overview:

- A key support role within the finance department, managing daily operations and ensuring accuracy. Ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical individual eager to grow in their finance career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.

Perform daily accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal financial data.

- Assist in preparing financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

- Coordinate with internal teams for financial information and documentation.

- Maintain organized documentation and assist during internal and external audits.

- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting.

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software/tools.

- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
