Finance Assistant

Jubilee Corporation is hiring for "Finance Assistant" to join our team in the Karachi office.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Receive and reconcile delivery challans with summaries daily and verify all supporting documents (PO, TF, CP, etc.) as per billing policy

 • Ensure receiver details, stamps, and courier confirmations are complete; promptly resolve missing documents or discrepancies

 • Prepare, attach required documents, and dispatch invoices as per customer PO instructions while maintaining proper dispatch records

 • File invoices and delivery challans within 3–4 working days and ensure safe custody of original documents

 • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to confirm invoice receipt and avoid payment delays

 • Enter sales tax invoices in financial software and regularly update sales tax input/output and stock registers

 • Print and attach WHT/STWH certificates and provide tax-related documents to customers on time

 • Scan, email, and prepare invoice workings as required and handle queries efficiently

 • Perform additional tasks assigned by Finance Management

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀)

 • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting & Finance (B.Com or equivalent) – mandatory

 • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience only (fresh to junior level; senior profiles will not be considered)

 • Strong understanding of GRN, PO, invoices, ledgers, and basic accounting concepts

 • Basic knowledge of Sales Tax and Withholding Tax (WHT)

 • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (SHMA or equivalent preferred)

 • Strong attention to detail, documentation handling, and willingness to learn

 • Must be serious about building a career in finance and available for full-time role
