Position: Fashion / Textile Designer (Female)
Role Summary:
- Develop innovative knitwear designs in line with market trends and customer requirements.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and seasonal themes.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, and technical sketches for product development.
- Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Select appropriate yarns, fabrics, trims, and embellishments for knitwear collections.
- Oversee sample development and provide input for design improvements.
- Ensure alignment of designs with brand standards and buyer specifications.
- Maintain design documentation, including tech packs and product details.
- Stay updated with global fashion and knitwear innovation trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS / MS in Fashion Designing / Textile Designing or equivalent.
- Fresh - 01 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in design software (CLO, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of knit fabrics, garment construction, and product development processes.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environment.
