Executive / Sr. Executive – Export Sales

𝗨𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 "𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 / 𝐒𝐫. 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬"

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing or a related field
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 2 years in export sales, customer coordination, or merchandising—preferably in a trading, manufacturing, or export-oriented business
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Site-2, Near Ahsanabad, Super Highway, Karachi.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

= Manage end-to-end export sales execution including order processing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
= Communicate with international buyers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment updates.
= Coordinate with production, logistics, quality control, and finance teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
= Prepare and verify export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions) as per country requirements.
= Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange and monitor shipments.
= Follow up on samples, approvals, production status, and customer requirements.
= Maintain well-organized records of all transactions, correspondence, and export files for reporting and audits.

🎯 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
= Strong knowledge of international shipping terms, export procedures, and documentation.
= Excellent communication and coordination skills with international buyers and internal teams.
= Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP / system-based software.
= Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines.
