Executive / Senior Executive Production

Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced production professional to lead and manage Jelly line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production activities across shifts. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining GMP standards on the floor, achieving production targets, and driving continuous improvement in productivity while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Qualification & Experience

· M.Sc. / BS in Food Science & Technology / Food Engineering from a recognized institution.

·      03 – 04 years’ experience in Operations, preferably within FMCG or a large manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead overall operations of Jelly line of business.

·      Assign duties to staff during shifts and ensure smooth workflow.

·      Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and product-related problems.

·      Plan and coordinate all production activities during shift, ensuring production targets are met.

·      Ensure production line moves smoothly and efficiently by securing required resources (headcount, skilled staff, material).

·      Report food safety or non-compliance issues with their root causes and CAPA.

·      Ensure GMP on floor and hand over the same to the next shift, including: following return procedures & SOPs, validating process and documentation, avoiding contamination and quality control issues, maintaining compliance of equipment and facility, and auditing the overall process.

·      Prepare overall reporting of productivity and breakdowns against the plan of LOB in a shift.

·      Report to HSE and management on time regarding near miss/incident/accident related to human and machine, while ensuring machine guarding and functional safety switches.

·      Achieve minimum 98% of targets on a daily basis.

·      Increase productivity by reducing breakdowns.

·      Coordinate closely with planning to avoid any production variances.

·      Make timely arrangements of all materials required for production to avoid production loss.

·      Reduce breakdowns through preventive measures approach.

·      Ensure effective utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.

·      Inspect and install safety guards where required to eliminate chances of accidents.

·      Strong control of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.

·      Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under pressure.

·      Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and production compliance requirements.
