Rajby Industries is hiring Executive / Senior Executive - HR
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting key Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2) Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries in a professional manner.
3) Assist in employee engagement, and talent development programs.
4) Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
5) Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
6) Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
7) Ensure compliance with company policies, Labor laws, and HR procedures.
8) Support payroll and HR operational activities.
9) Assist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience : 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the garment manufacturing industry
KSA : Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations practices
Location: Karachi
