Imtiaz is looking for a dynamic and experienced "Executive - Dark Store" to manage day-to-day dark store operations while ensuring efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment, and smooth operational flow.
📍 Location: Karachi
🎓 Qualification:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or relevant field.
💼 Experience:
4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, dark store or e-commerce fulfillment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily dark store operations and ensure smooth order processing.
* Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement and replenishment activities.
* Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
* Ensure proper handling, storage and arrangement of products within the store.
* Maintain operational KPIs and prepare daily operational reports.
* Resolve operational issues and ensure efficient workflow management.
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and quality standards.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
