EFT Capital Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at our Faisalabad office.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant
📍 Location: Faisalabad
Provide administrative and operational support to senior management
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce)
2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
