Executive Assistant

LDP Logistics, Inc. is Hiring: 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (PKT)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (03 Days onsite - 02 Days WFH).

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills, this role is for you!

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

(1) Calendar & Task Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and events to ensure seamless operations. Prioritize tasks effectively to support the executive team’s goals.

(2) Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain confidentiality in all business matters.

(3) Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, drafting emails, preparing reports, and handling requests with poise and professionalism.

(4) Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on by offering solutions and taking the initiative to resolve issues independently.

(5) Relationship Management: Manage relationships across the company and with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

(6) Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing input on decisions and assisting with strategic planning and execution.

(7) Availability & Flexibility: Provide support as needed to adapt to changes, and be available to handle tasks quickly and efficiently, often on short notice.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• 2–3 years of experience in administrative/office support roles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
