Enabler Technology Services

Position: Enabler Technology Services, Weaves Corporation, Karachi 

We are looking for a qualified individual for the role of Enabler – Technology Services. This role is responsible for the administration, security and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including the smooth operation of computer networks across the organisation. 

 

Responsibilities 

Network Operations 

-Manage, monitor and maintain computer networks and overall network performance. 

-Install, configure and troubleshoot network devices, including fiber optics, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices. 

-Perform regular maintenance tasks, update software and hardware and upgrade network equipment. 

-Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all network devices and services. 

-Utilise on-premises, private and public cloud infrastructure and identify performance gaps. 

-Ensure optimum network bandwidth to support seamless performance of critical applications. 

 

Network Security 

-Protect the network from threats such as viruses, malware and cyberattacks by implementing robust security policies and procedures. 

-Provide end-to-end network security services, including VPN management, tunnels, site-to-site connectivity and redundant network solutions. 

 

Retail Infrastructure Management 

-Provide network support for all new and existing retail stores. 

-Manage and troubleshoot network uptime for footfall devices and Dynamics 365. 

-Assist with network issues, highlight internet connectivity concerns, and coordinate deployment or termination of internet services. 

 

Experience & Education 

-0–3 years of experience in network troubleshooting and configuration. 

-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technology or Engineering, along with CCNA certification.
