Enabler Customer Service

Position: Enabler Customer Service, Weaves Corporation Limited, Karachi

  

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Enabler Customer Service.

 

Role Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Service professional. This position is responsible for managing customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancing service processes.

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer inquiries and complaints via email, live chat, social media and CRM/ticketing systems.

- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds and product concerns.

- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

- Meet customer service KPIs, including CSAT, SLA, AHT and Quality Assurance targets.

- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse and eCommerce teams to improve the customer experience.

- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce, retail, fashion or B2C environments.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, order fulfillment, logistics, returns, refunds and after-sales support.

- Experience handling customer interactions across email, live chat, social media and CRM/ticketing platforms.

- Excellent written English communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving, multitasking and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficient in CRM and ticket management systems.

- Must be able to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
