Job Description
Jade is looking for a skilled Embroidery Puncher / Digitalizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting artwork and designs into high-quality embroidery files suitable for production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal thread breaks.
Key Responsibilities
Digitize embroidery designs using professional embroidery software
Convert logos, text, and artwork into embroidery-ready files
Optimize designs for different fabrics, sizes, and stitch types
Ensure clean stitching with minimal thread breaks and trims
Make necessary edits and revisions based on feedback
Work closely with the production team to meet quality standards and deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience as an embroidery puncher/digitalizer
Proficiency in embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse, or similar)
Strong understanding of stitch types, densities, and fabric behavior
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple designs
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with fashion or apparel brands
Knowledge of different embroidery machines and formats
Portfolio of previous digitizing work
