🚀 We’re Hiring: Email Marketing & Content Specialist

Zaphyre is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize email campaigns across internal brands and client accounts.

This role focuses on end-to-end email marketing execution + performance optimization, including lead nurture, lead generation, automation, campaign analysis, and continuous improvement.

🔑 What you’ll do:

Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across multiple brands/clients

Develop and manage lead nurture and lead generation email sequences

Segment audiences to improve engagement and conversions

Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability, etc.)

Identify root causes of underperformance and optimize campaigns

Run A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements

Use AI tools & prompt engineering to improve copy, strategy, and reporting

Prepare clear and actionable campaign performance reports

📊 What we’re looking for:

Experience in email marketing (agency or multi-brand environment preferred)

Strong understanding of email metrics, automation, and lifecycle marketing

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Experience with A/B testing and optimization

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

Excellent written communication skills

🕒 Job Details:

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday) - Onsite

Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
