BellMedEx, a leading US-based healthcare IT company, is looking for an experienced EDI Manager to lead and manage our electronic data interchange operations in our Rawalpindi office.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end EDI process including claim submissions, rejections, enrollments, and remittances.
Collaborate with clients, clearinghouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data transmission.
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions; resolve technical issues and rejections proactively.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all EDI processes.
Supervise and train EDI support staff.
Continuously improve EDI workflows and system integrations.
✅ Requirements
5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in EDI management (preferably in US healthcare/RCM).
Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 formats (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).
Experience working with clearinghouses.
Familiarity with practice management systems/EMRs
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Must be available to work night shift (US business hours).
