Outright is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi-platform advertising and social media growth.
What Youāll Do:Ā
Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube/Google Ads ā from setup to optimization. Also handle organic social media to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:Ā
ā¢ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platformsĀ
ā¢ Manage and grow organic social media presenceĀ
ā¢ Monitor performance and improve ROI using data-driven insightsĀ
ā¢ Implement and manage conversion tracking (website events, leads, integrations)Ā
Requirements:Ā
ā¢ 3+ years of hands-on experience in multi-platform paid advertisingĀ
ā¢ Strong understanding of analytics and conversion trackingĀ
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple platforms and deliver measurable resultsĀ
