 Position Details

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday

🕕 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (California Time)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).

Run and scale paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred).

Develop strong lead generation strategies for franchise consulting services.

Track performance using analytics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.

Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align marketing goals.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Experience using GoHighLevel CRM (mandatory).

Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.

Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics & reporting tools.

Creative, proactive, and strong communication skills.
