Position: Desktop Support Engineer (Night Shift – Onsite)

Smart Solutions CPA is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are technically strong, confident in communication, and comfortable supporting international (US-based) clients.
Timings: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
Location: Bahudrabad
Days: Monday to Friday
Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Basic to intermediate understanding of networking
Familiarity with iPhone, Android devices, and iPads
Experience in remote and phone-based desktop support (IT Helpdesk)
Exposure to Microsoft 365 (preferred but not required)
Experience using helpdesk/ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
