Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced and creative Design Head to lead our Design Studio and oversee the development of trend-driven collections across Unstitched, Pret, Luxury Pret, Formals, and Seasonal categories. The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion aesthetic, market insight, and proven experience in leading design teams to deliver commercially successful collections.

Location: Karachi

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, Apparel Design, or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 10–15 years of experience in Fashion Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Lead the creative vision and design strategy for all product categories, including Unstitched, Pret, Luxury Pret, Formals, and seasonal collections.

- Research global and local fashion trends, customer preferences, colors, fabrics, prints, silhouettes, and trims.

- Develop innovative and trend-driven collections aligned with the brand identity and business objectives.

- Lead and mentor the design team to ensure creativity, productivity, and timely execution.

- Oversee the complete design process from concept development to final product approval.

- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Production teams.

- Ensure collections are commercially viable while maintaining high design standards.

- Review samples, fittings, artwork, prints, embellishments, and fabric selections.

- Present seasonal concepts and collection strategies to senior management.

- Drive continuous innovation and maintain awareness of international fashion and retail trends.
