BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is hiring a “Deputy Manager Security” in their Security Department.
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Qualifications:
BSc in Criminology, Applied Military Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience. Must be a retired Army or Naval officer, preferably at the captain rank.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in managing security operations, crisis response, and risk mitigation. The role demands excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of modern security systems, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols. A military background with operational discipline is essential to lead by example and ensure a secure, vigilant environment.
Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining security policies, supervising on-ground security personnel, managing access control and surveillance systems, and responding to incidents efficiently. The Deputy Manager will coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and information. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date security infrastructure and reporting regularly to senior management on security status and improvements.
