WE ARE HIRING: DEPUTY MANAGER - QUILTING
Position: Deputy Manager - Quilting

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: BSc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience: Min 10 years in a reputable home textile unit, including 5 yrs in a managerial/supervisory role; strong background in quilting operations (Made-Ups/Export setups preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day quilting operations ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Monitor production targets, efficiency, machine utilization, and rejection rates
- Coordinate with QC, planning, and cutting teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain records of rejections, rework, machine servicing, and downtime
- Implement process improvements, cost reduction, and lean initiatives
- Supervise and train supervisors, operators, and helpers on machines, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate production, manpower, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, health & safety standards, and audit requirements

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of quilting techniques, machine types, and design programming
- Effective leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving, process optimization, and detail orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
