𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

Tafsol Technologies is looking for proactive professionals with 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation. Responsibilities include prospecting through LinkedIn, identifying relevant decision-makers, conducting personalized outreach, qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and supporting sales meetings.

 

Candidates should have proven lead generation experience with relevant campaign examples or case studies. Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospect research, lead list building, personalized messaging, follow-up sequences, and lead qualification is required. Strong communication, copywriting, analytical, and time-management skills are also important.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Identify relevant prospects and execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.

- Research decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.

- Qualify leads and coordinate with the team to turn conversations into sales meetings.

- Manage outreach messaging and follow-up strategies.

- Track results, report insights, and recommend improvements.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.

- Demonstrated lead generation results, supported by campaign examples or case studies.

- Experience in prospecting, Sales Navigator, personalized messaging, and follow-up strategies.

- Strong communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
