Job Description:
Manage and oversee the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to goods receipt note (GRN).
Need resource for general items purchasing. Source and procure office equipment, furniture, IT equipment, household items, and other departmental requirements.
Prepare and evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders.
Coordinate with finance, admin, and other departments for budget and procurement approvals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement transactions.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP procurement modules.
