Deputy Manager - Operational Excellence

Position: Deputy Manager - Operational Excellence

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Deputy Manager - Operational Excellence to lead process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency across our operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced simulation and automation tools to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision-making.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes

- Design, develop, and implement simulation models to analyze production and operational scenarios

- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects

- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions

- Standardize processes and ensure adherence to best practices and company policies

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies across departments

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of operational targets

- Train and mentor teams on simulation tools, automation systems, and process improvement techniques

- Support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new technologies

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

- Strong expertise in simulation tools and automation technologies

- In-depth understanding of process optimization and operational excellence frameworks

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or relevant field (Master’s preferred)

- 5–7 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related role

- Proven experience in simulation modeling and automation implementation
